There were reports that Neeraj Garg’s position might be filled by Maruti Suzuki CGM marketing, Mr Shashank Srivasatava. There are no official comments disclosed yet by Volkswagen on the same yet. Back at Hyundai, Rakesh Srivastava, who joined as the VP, National Sales, is expected to take Saxena’s responsibilities for now. Volkswagen has been in news for their upcoming Volkswagen Up!. The new CEO, Gerry Dorizas is looking at aggressive marketing to get the Volkswagen sales back with their cars like Polo, Vento, Passat, Beetle etc. In comparison to their subsidiaries like Audi, Skoda etc have been rising marginally where as the sales for Volkswagen are slowing down.

As for Hyundai, the sales are quite decent with their i20, i10, Eon etc. The Hyundai Fluidic Elantra is expected to come in anytime now.
