Volkswagen Cross Polo Launched at Rs 7.75 lakh

As mentioned above the Cross Polo is basically a polo hatchback with additional body cladding. And what What helps the Cross Polo to become rugged both in looks and nature are 21mm more height, 17mm more length, 16mm more width than the Polo, 16-inch alloy wheels, black plastic moulding around the wheel arches, bumpers and side sills. The given roof rails further helps the car look more aggressive.

The new Cross Polo also receives a revised grille with a single slat and silver diffuser at the rear. What remains the same the 1.2-litre three-cylinder diesel engine, which also does its duty to the top-end High-line diesel trim. Interior features too are same, but it now is in all-black theme. The Cross Polo will be made available in three colours- Flash Red, Deep Black pearl and Reflex Silver.

The Cross Polo is equipped with a 1.2-litre TDI engine with a maximum power output of 75 PS (55 kW) @ 4200rpm and a maximum torque of 180 Nm @ 2000 rpm with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
