    Launch of Volkswagen Vento Petrol Comfortline happened softly and silently

    Volkswagen, the auto major from Germany knows exactly what is required to rise above all car makers and shine like no one else can. The latest move it pulled was on the much-favored sedan Vento; this car-maker has softly launched the Comfortline variant of the Volkswagen Vento petrol at a price of Rs. 7.78 lakh (ex-showroom Noida). The comfortline variant was already gracing the Volkswagen Vento Diesel range.

    Volkswagen Vento

    On the outside the Vento Petrol Comfortline boasts of metallic/pearl effect paint, body colored door handles and mirrors, chrome finish on front air-duct and foglamp surrounds in addition to halogen headlights, green tinted heat absorbing glass, body colored bumpers, chrome strip in front grills, tow hooks on both front and rear ends, electrically controlled ORVMS, and galvanized body with six years anti-corrosion warranty. The interiors of the car flaunt the CD/WMA and FM player with 4 speakers and roof antenna, manual AC with rear AC vents and dust/pollen filter, all 4 power windows, power door locks with safe-LED, rear-defogger, height adjustable driver’s seat and tilt and telescopic adjustments in the sterring wheel.

    The MFD (multi function display) that shows distance traveled, traveling time, average speed, fuel efficiency, outside temperature and distance till empty, has also found a way-in the car. Safety features included in the Volkswagen Vento Petrol Comfortline are front and rear fog lights, Electronic anti-theft immobilizer, high mounted third brake light and rear parking sensors etc. Like the Trendline and Highline variants the Volkswagen Vento Petrol Comfortline is also powered by the 1.6-liter 4-Cylinder inline DOHC petrol engine that is capable of churning out a peak power of 105 PS at 5250 RPM and a peak torque of 153 Nm at 3800 RPM. The Comfortline variant is positioned in between the Trendline and Highline variants and has already hit the showrooms.
