The Tata Punch EV looks more premium than its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart, both inside and out

This past week saw the market introduction of two big new models - Hyundai Creta facelift and Tata Punch EV

All these models will be based on the new Tata Acti.EV pure electric platform

The electric version of the Punch packs a lot more than just a new face and zero tailpipe emissions

There are just three models on this list, all facelifted SUVs but belonging to different segments

The list includes the new electric SUVs from Tata, Mahindra, and Maruti

The last few years have seen carmakers bring out a large number of SUVs in India and 2024 seems no different

With EVs gaining popularity in India, carmakers are scrambling to launch new models in the newest automobile segment.

The list is a mix bag of an all-new electric SUV, a hybrid supercar, and a refreshed SUV

The key highlight from this past week was the slew of updates about the upcoming new-generation Maruti Swift

For it to become a reality, the Tata Punch EV will have to undergo a few powertrain updates, as we saw with the Nexon EV facelift

A 360-degree camera is a convenient and safety feature which comes into play when driving on congested roads or in tight parking spaces

This week was more about updates on bookings and deliveries, but we also saw the launch of a new premium electric SUV

The SUV onslaught will begin from this year, as the Tata Nexon facelift will arrive in time for the festive season
